Hope you all are having a good day Mindfulness Community
What idea comes through when you are asked to refrain? To stop and reflect? To not rush? To pace yourself. Wait for the good. Don't over work yourself. As cliched as it sounds recharge your batteries. Do not be threatened by others. Let others have their chance to shine too
I invite you to sit up with your back straight making sure it’s well aligned with your neck and your feet resting on the floor.
Throughout this meditation inhale making your breath reach your chest like you’re pulling back a bow and exhale like your releasing that bow.
I will wait my turn.
I will wait my turn.
I will wait my turn.
Opportunities are generous.
Opportunities are generous.
If I deserve free-will so do others.
If I deserve free-will so do others.
Imagine the colors of the rainbow in the clear blue sky. The melt beautifully together. All having their different qualities. None being more important than the other. None being more important than the other.
Eyes smile at the red, eyes smile at the orange, eyes at the yellow, eyes at the green, eyes at the blue, eyes at the indigo, eyes at the violent.
I will wait my turn.
I will wait my turn.
A new mystery awakens processing others.
A new mystery awakens processing others.
Opportunities are generous.
Opportunities are generous.
I will give the same platform to others.
I will let them be them as they have let me be me.
There is strength in silence.
It’s okay to pause.
Pausing is bliss.
With every pause is every chance to internally joy.
With every pause is every chance to internally enjoy.
Others have a voice too.
Being the audience is such a show.
Others have a voice too.
Being the audience is a show.
To say what I feel and what I am - my face can say that.
To say what I am and what I feel - my face can say that.
Words are not a shock of lightening.
Words are not a shock of lightening.
I have patience with my words.
I have patience with my pauses.
I can keep my thoughts aside.
I am willing to let others end their story before I begin mine.
I am willing to let others end their story before I begin mine.
For one final time inhale making your breath reach your chest like you’re pulling back a bow and exhale releasing that bow. I can let others take control.
Everyone deserves their own show too.
I will kindly wait my turn.
I will kindly wait my turn.
