@zealousGrace5023

I learned what deep and true emotion felt like again. For the past four years I have been almost a passion-less robot working on my career and studies so I felt very stale and dry in terms of feelings. But recently more so a rather sad event occurred which hit me with strong emotions. It's unfortunate that it was a sad event, but nevertheless I was sort of relieved to have felt emotions again.

I've learned that even though things seemed a little out of sorts for a while i'm where i want to be and things are good and it's okay for me to take my time

@zealousGrace5023

I think this is something that I also need to remind myself. I feel like I need to have everything sorted out already but I should focus more on the whole process and the fact that I am moving closer to what I want my life to be like.

@globalBraid3744 something that works for me is focusing on the fact that there is progress instead measuring how much progress there is. Because that can be a bit disheartening since there's so many goals to achieve and comparing doesn't help. Bit overwhelming. So i just focus on what is going right instead of how much I still have left to do.

@zealousGrace5023

Shifting my focus on progress in general and not comparing to others are very helpful tips. I agree that otherwise it gets too overwhelming. Thank you for sharing your insight with me!
