@pamharley003

By stepping back

By breathing.

By allowing myself the time and the space to process.

By speaking up when needs be.

Going for long brisk walks 😊 🩷

@pamharley003 This is an excellent list. To calm my mind i enjoy exercising both my mind and body. I meditate in the morning, manifest my thoughts and pray. This helps me to concentrate and focus better. I also exercise by lifting light weights or just going for brief walks. Rest and sleep are also very important to calming my central nervous system. Taken a break from things such as  scrolling online or watching TV are also super helpful. Limit the distractions :)

How do you calm down your racing emotions?

Supportive self-talk helps me a lot, but also gardening.
