My body is not... a garbage can... or garbage dump... so I don't treat it that way...
and I don't consume products made by food processors or preparers or anyone else who... treat it that way by... adding garbage or anything excessive to their products to prepare them or grow them... so... they would make me less healthy... for their profit... at the expense of my health.
My body is not... designed to be stuck seated for long periods of time... It simply can't function properly that way. It needs to move and stretch often for all the internal things to happen properly.
My body is not... designed to breathe properly if I am hunched over sitting at my desk so my lungs can't expand properly.
My body is not... meant to get random amounts of sleep and light... It's meant to wake and go to bed at the same time daily... and get bright light every morning... and be in dim light every evening.
My body is not... perfect... nor is anyone else's... in spite of what Photoshop advertising tricks would have me believe.
My body is not... finished... it's a constant work in progress... getting better each day... as I learn... how to take care of it better.

My body is not a machine. It's a human being. Regenerative, aging, needing-to-be-cleaned. I've only recently come to terms with the ever-changing-ness of my body. And how that certain coming to terms means I'm embracing my ne-ness. It's fun 😆
