Well my sister is 8yrs now and just had an interview for a new school...but anyways since no toddler mothers have commented too much yet, I do my share ! Looking back to the absolute chaos raising a toddler was, here's my love for you😘💓
First of all its OK. Its ok if it was messy and chaotic. It's ok if you had to pause and take some time for yourself. It's ok if you had to let her cry out a few things. It's ok if you had to pull their fingers out of untidy places or inedibles out of their mouth. Its tiring, yes, but that you are a 💜GOOD MOMMA 💜. You are doing everything you can, and that is beautiful .💞 I love you and I see you !!
Trigger Warning : Advice ahead
well my only advice is be prepared for stupid arguments. Like no you can't put your head in the spinning washing machine. I know the crying feels horrible, but when they can speak just enough to want their hands in the stove fire but not enough to understand you, thats a whole other realm. I'd say prepare for that from anywhere possible. Watch smart people arguing stupid people on you tube. Look up parenting articles. Anything.
And another thing is, be skeptical. Especially of hospitals, nannies, and baby products. Always look up their reviews by other people. If a caregiver is doing something you dont like, be FIRM. Dont give your child to suspicious relatives, no matter how much peer pressure your family gives you. A generic excuse is that the doctors have said they their skin is too sensitive, if said relative is wearing woolen or denims say their skin is too sensitive for denims, etc, or that she was crying for mommy for a long time and you cant let anyone hold her right now. Incase you ever need any excuses to keep your baby away from sameone.
@beachlover4422. Oh yeah, my son will be 20 months here next week…. I went from being a full blown addict to rehab, to oh I’m pregnant. And now I have this amazing little person running around calling me mommy 🩵 The issue with all that is I never got a chance to figure out who I was a person, I just went from addict to being mom. But one step at time…
