@Hope

spent 3 hours at the gym today doing leg day - took so long mainly due to all the breaks i took (along with chatting away to people in between every set) but hey, i finished the workout!!

@Hope I went out with the puppy about fifteen minutes ago. We had just been out not even an hour prior but she was getting into things so I figured taking her out with her disc would help wear her out. Fortunately, a Great Dane showed up at the dog area, so she was able to run and get that excess energy out.

@Hope

About a month ago I spent an afternoon at a rock climbing gym. Did 5 climbs total, all beginner level. I also injured my hand which is still healing.

I need to incorporate a good cardio to lose some weight. Of course I find that hard to take the time because I'm pretty active working all day I'm too tired and evening to do anything. I do stay active with my side jobs and personal work at home. They are all construction related.

I've adjusted my eating habits for weight management but that has just gotten me to a certain point where I'm stagnant now and I think cardio will help move me forward with my weight management goals.
