The only way i found that works for me is

1. make it a habit ... talking walk everyday at same time for example

2. do it for yourself ... no one else

3. when you say i will tomorrow or procrastinate i look myself in the mirror because lying is harder ir you are forced to look into the eyes of the person you are trying to BS.

"How do you stay motivated to exercise consistently...."

I'm a little late to the thread, I don't get to 7Cups as much as I'd like to...

I've exercised and worked out on and off my whole life(I'm 52).....What made it consistent (I'm at 5 to 6 days a week, 1 hour or more each day) was when I got a fitness tracker, joined some online fitness platforms, and started interacting with other like minded individuals....I started sharing my workouts in groups and forums on fitness platforms.....even though I'm not a people person, because it was online, I could interact when I wanted, as much or as little as I wanted.....I had people to compare bike routes with, or talk about lifting exercises, and what works and what doesn't....and get others opinions....I eventually went from 30 min workouts to hour(s) in my garage gym....and I was enjoying it so I found a way to make time in my day to spend an hour or more in the garage, or 30 miles on the bike.....and even though I didn't really "know the folks in real life", it did something for my mindset when it came to working out...I was sharing my workouts, people were being inspired by me, and I was being supported by others in the forums......sometimes it seems the ones behind the keyboard that you barely know help you more than the ones right across from you at the table........

Sorry for the long winded answer....I am very passionate about fitness, exercise and finding a way for everyone to enjoy it....if I can motivate or help one person better themselves fitness and wellness wise, I feel really good about it....

Everyone has a different motivation. My motivation is other people who have already achieved great results. If they could, you can too. If you want to eat all the time, you can buy Wegovy Online, it will help regulate your appetite. Also, if your loved ones support you, then of course it will motivate you to move forward

Start with a very small goal - like a ten minute exercise video. Get in the habit of doing it everyday and you can build on that. Also choose something you like - strength training, yoga, walking, hiking - it doesn’t have to be high intensity cardio (unless you like it!) 💛
