Study Motivation
Hello everyone!👋😊
I'm new here and i need advice on study motivation and motivation in general.📚💪
So what is motivates you? What do you do when you need to study but don't feel like it? What makes you get up and move?
Do you have a mood board, or do you listen to energetic music? Or do you watch motivation or toxic motivation videos? Maybe you take a walk in park? 🌳
For me usually music works best.🎵
What works for you?

Music helps me too 😁
Breaking things down into small and matchynjs helped me.
Regular breaks.
Highlighting the important and key areas.
Telling myself, I could only do my best.
Remembering why I was studying.
The best of luck to you with everything 💜🥰

When I need to study or do tasks but don't feel like it, I find that going to the library or a local coffee shop can help get me started working and keep me focused!
I also love "body doubling" (working alongside someone but not necessarily on the same task) so often I'll ask a friend if they're free to come over or go somewhere to study side by side. This helps keep both of us accountable and in general makes the tasks more fun (you just have to make sure you don't end up distracting each other!) If there's no one available to do this you could try putting on a study with me vlog on YouTube and work alongside them. Though I find that to be less effective for me.
Sometimes doing an unrelated yet still productive task such as folding laundry or washing dishes helps build motivation as part of a "snowball" effect.
Taking a walk or doing some sort of exercise/ movement is excellent in my opinion when you're not feeling motivated! Getting fresh air, seeing something different and moving your body can definitely boost motivation or just make you feel better in general.
Do you have a mood board? I've never actually tried to make one as I feel I'd just get frustrated with it rather than gaining motivation from it.
@crimsontime im struggling in 10th grade, how do you study for each subject?
I chunk my work; otherwise it feels insurmountable
