Not sure what part of this is motivating but I'm in the office on a day I shouldn't be just to get my work (and hopefully some classwork) done. I have no plans to stay the entire day but the last time I was here on a Sunday, I had no plans to stay the entire day and I wound up doing just that. This time, however, I think I have about four names left to get data on and then write reports on. I also have to submit another form for a person beause I said I would but I haven't gotten to it yet. I also will have to clean the cat's box and the pets' fountains when I get home and vacuum as well.
I feel guilty about shortchanging the dog on her times outside but I have to get this stuff done. No one really cares about why things were delayed; they just want it done and generally yesterday. Besides, even if there were people available to talk to, they would just half listen and then answer in ways that makes one feel stupid. Not sure if it's intentional or not but one reason why I don't get myself involved at work.
And to make things better, one spreadsheet that I thought I was finished with now has like fifty names that have nothing marked. I filtered them to blank entries. There's no way I could have missed them all at first. They have to be done last week so I'm not going to get to leave at a reasonable time again because I have to pull all the data from five places and get on the VPN for one platform and get off the VPN for others.
I hate this job...

@IsayUncle no it isn't. I've been here since a quarter to eight and it's now after six. My dog is probably panicking. I'm still going to have to come in tomorrow even though I have the day off because I have six spreadsheets that I never got to and twenty eight names to do two background checks on. And then Tuesday, I'll have to copy all the folders to three different places.
Tuesday I absolutely have get to work on my classwork.
I swear this job will eventually kill me if I don't leave it...
