I welcome anyone to commit to a goal here today.

But importantly, talk about getting it done..... or why it didn't happen yet.

To praise each other for our efforts and wins.

While supporting each other through trials and setbacks.

And to continue trying and not give up.

Remember:
Every Goal should be considered "Worthy".
Never belittle your achievements and be proud of yourself for your daily accomplishments!
Whether they be Complex or Simple.
Getting out of bed is a good day..... Good job I say!

Share your goals today, for support and encouragement.

Do Your Best and Get Your rest.
Things are can be harder than what we first think. That's OK, You can do it. It's normal. Do your best. Be kind to yourself and Be kind to others.

My Personal Challenge this week is......

To Try to find the time to celebrate people important to me,
that I keep finding excuses, not to reach out to. 😒.

Join in, on the challenge if you feel the same way! 🤗🥰

@Cyntia241

Thank you! I've taken the time to reach out to about four nieces and nephews and a sister, actually a couple of sisters. It feels good.

I think it's very hard to reach out to people when you feel like you're struggling most of the time, or  actually, really struggling. It does not seem like you can find the time.

I'm still struggling, but not as hard as I had in the past and so, with the little extra time that I've earned, I think reaching out to people is a good path for me.

Thank you Cyntia For the good energy! 💚

I just want to survive another week of work. I switched my search engine to appease them but only to the one I use on my mobile. The search engine is completely different than a browser but I'm the stupid one...

I don't know how tech savvy people are but think of a browser as an empy cardboard box and the search engine as the contents that go into the box. You can change the contents in the box without changing the box itself. That's all I did. Just like how I use high contrast on my computer monitors while everyone else uses the normal setting. I could not get through a day if I was forced to use the normal setting. I have difficulty when I'm forced to use it for a few minutes.

It's also interesting how once every few months, they feel the need to gang up and harass me. And, October seems to be one of the months that they like to do it in. Not sure what it is about this particular month...

Also trying to get close to $20 on the surveys because I need a new bus pass. Mine expires tomorrow morning so I have to get it tonight as the grocery store isn't open when I'd need to get it and I'd have to leave the apartment earlier. Today, I left pretty late and had to wait at the second stop. Fortunately, the bus was delayed too so I didn't have to worry about missing it. I've got $40 already and $30 I can transfer over but if I can get an extra $20, I can get one or two things at the store besides the bus pass.

@IsayUncle she took some chicken once back when I had the cat. I had gone over to give the cat some chicken and when I got back, a piece was missing from my plate. She was careful not to disturb the vegetables.

Went to the opthamologist yesterday. Dog didn't want me to go without her. Usually she's fine with it but she wasn't yesterday. They said they didn't see the internal bleeding like they had the past two times. The doctor only spent like five minutes with me so I guess that was a good thing. I took the sunglasses my mom got me since I learned the last time the disposable shields they have don't work with my glasses. Actually, I don't rember how I handled the second visit. The first time was when I tried using the plastic sunglasses-like inserts.

Oh my clothing order came the day before so I was able to use the new jacket. It wasn't particularly cool but it was windy so it helped. I missed the bus when I left the doctor's office. The stop was basically just a post and I sat on some raised concrete to have my drink and my cookie while I waited for the bus. I was also trying to figure out why my music was playing so quietly from my headphones even though I hadn't changed the settings (today they're too loud and I've been trying to adjust the sound) and I've been trying to get the volume back to the way I had it) and the bus sped right by. The driver couldn't see me and I didn't know the bus was there until it went past so I had to wait for the next one. Having the sunglasses over my own was slightly awkward but I knew it was better than having them off. I tried a couple of times but the light was too bright.

I made sure to catch the next bus and took it over to the street where the healthy store was. Well, I had to go down a few cross streets but I was able to get a few groceries and a bag of treats for the dog who was overjoyed when I got back home. I actually wasn't gone any longer than when I've had other appointments before but she was happy to have me back. By then, I was able to take the sunglasses off and she let me put the groceries away. The frozen items held up well considering they weren't put in the insulated bag. I don't know why baggers purposfully keep cold items out of insulated bags. It's happened to me at a few grocery stores. I transferred some things between bags but forgot a couple of them and didn't realize until I was putting things away.

Then I took her out with one of her balls. She didn't really play, though. I think she just wanted to lie in the wind. We went out again an hour or so later. She was more playful and she got to see her best friends so she was ecstatic.

No bleeding is great news... Happy to hear that! You had a busy day but mostly, it seemed it went preety smooth, so that was good. 😎

@IsayUncle yes but I just tripped on the sidewalk about ten minutes ago. Fell forward and hit my hands hard. Dog came back and kissed me then waited for me to get up. Thighs will probably be bruised along with the palms of my hands.

@Enthenia

Ouch.... We must be so careful because a simple fall can hurt us so bad. I'm sad you hurt but glad not more serious.. 🤕

@IsayUncle I can't afford for anything more serious to happen. Think my sandal was a little too loose and it got caught. It's hard to do to get everything on correctly when someone is rushing back and forth with a toy. We didn't even take a toy out then since we'd just been out fifteen minutes before. She kept the walk short for me I think. My legs aren't bruised but my hands are still a little sore. Tried to do a pratfall but I wasn't successful.

@aquaGrapes718

studying for 5 hours and then running 2 kilometers was a pretty big deal! Have you been able to keep pace with that this week. Or in general, sre you still doing good?

@IsayUncle Sorry I didn't answer you before. Actually, I didn't stick with it because my state hasn't been very good lately😣. I just played some video games over the past two days. I'm gonna pick it back up now. How about you? Have you shared your feelings with the people you wanted to share them with?

I saw what you wrote above. That's great!😉

@aquaGrapes718

No apologies needed 😁 and that's ok you didn't stick with it all at once.... you are still workig in a direction and that's really good. I'm sorry your state interfered but hopefully you flow with the ups and downs without getting too discouragged... it ok.

I did pretty good making myself aware and taking small steps to take the time for a simple note or phone greeting... did a couple people this week. thx for asking.

I don't know if I'm inherently selfish because of it, or it's ok when struggles seem overwhelming, no mindset, time or energy to reachout even if only takes a little bit of time. 🤔.

@IsayUncle Actually, I think you did a great job. One step better than I did! I think it’s important to build connections with people you care about.

I’ve been stuck in a situation that made me feel worthless, like I didn’t deserve any opportunities or help. I almost lost the ability to reach out to people and socialize. It’s been nine months, and I still feel affected by what happened. I only have the courage to talk to AI now. It hasn’t been a very good experience.

I’m so glad you’re reaching out. Don’t worry, though. And through everything you’ve shared with them, they’re getting to know you better, too! That kind of trust isn’t easy to build.

@aquaGrapes718

Thank you.

Whatever it was that happened in the past, even if it was current. (and 9 months is pretty current), It Will definitely affect your mindset moving forward. I'm really sorry to hear you have that anchor of worthlessness and don't deserve any opportunities. But truth be told, That is not the truth. (You may FEEL like that, but you are not that)
It will affect your mindset, A lot, but it's up to you to understand that not everyone else is so right either. All you can do is work on yourself and do your best not to do the same thing that may have messed things up.

You trying to address something big, within only 9 months shows me, you care and you will persvere. It may take a lot more time, but if you continue improving yourself in all of that time then things will work out for the best.

And by the way, I'm a big advocate for AI, For facts insights and information. I don't let it give me emotional advice But my thoughts processed because of the information it does give me It helps me understand my emotions better, if that makes any sense.

I'm glad you're here talking about things. And take this thought with you, Not everyone else was so right, And perhaps not so wrong either. (who knows?.... in the past). The most important thing is to start trusting yourself again. 💛

@IsayUncle I agree. Every goal should be worthy to fight for and have in our lives.
