I had like 90 conversations in one month..never congratulated once lol...after that i turned the volume down..way down..not because of the lack of "congratulations" part but because it really takes its toll on you. So take it easy people. I know you wanna help..but who's gonna help you? Don't neglect yourself...it leads to regrets..regrets to failiures...failiures to frustration..to anger to depression..lonelyness..guilt trips..etc. Take it easy yo. Peace
I made the same mistake within 3 days and a week. I say this to all listeners who bring in new people. Warn your friends of what they are getting into.
