Weekly sharing of Goals! Week #29 2024 (Monday 07/15/24 - Sunday 07/21/24)
I welcome anyone to commit to a goal here today.
But importantly, talk about getting it done..... or why it didn't happen yet.
To praise each other for our efforts and wins.
While supporting each other through trials and setbacks.
And to continue trying and not give up.
Remember:
Every Goal should be considered "Worthy".
Never belittle your achievements and be proud of yourself for your daily accomplishments!
Whether they be Complex or Simple.
Getting out of bed is a good day..... Good job I say!
Share your goals today, for support and encouragement.
I'm continuing to do core balance chores. They're much easier to do than they were a few months ago because I do a little bit at a time. I've been able to keep up with them throughout the week so I got the kitchen all cleaned and I got a load of laundry started. My silent angry adrenaline finally dissipated so I started to listen to an audio book. Now I think I will have my coffee in energy pill. I'm gonna do my trash and recyclables. 8:03PM--------------- I finished my audio book so I downloaded a couple of others but then I saw president biden is not running and stepping down from the presidential race so I've been listening to news casts about that. I think the subject is tiring me out but it could also be the late hour. I am not an evening person and the darkness outside makes me wanna quit. I haven't finished my trash and recyclables yet so maybe that's gonna be my last chore for the evening but I'm gonna finish that so I can say that I didn't quit. (I'm going to turn off the news and listen to a new audio book) 9:37pm
i feel like quitting....... pushing for 30 more minutes......
10:47PM: I'm done and what got done this evening will give me an encouraged and early start for tomorrow.

Thank you guys for your company this evening and support. It really helped.😊
I am getting good at recognizing my emotions, specially anger, and learning not to act “immediately” delay “reactive and automatic” response, and express your frustration with first being calm and than CHOOSING the best possible decision at that time!’
@salilg56
Those are incredible awareness skills. So valuable to practice. Good for you, i'm sure if you stay at it, you'll feel and recognize good changes and feelings. Color me impressed! 😀.
Thanks, I am still mostly “reactive” specially to those who I love but who consistently belittle me all day along! Learning everyday!
