I welcome anyone to commit to a goal here today.
But importantly, talk about getting it done..... or why it didn't happen yet.
To praise each other for our efforts and wins.
While supporting each other through trials and setbacks.
And to continue trying and not give up.

Congrats on the kitchen table....our table is a catch all for everything but food and eating....we put things on the kitchen table for storage and "to put away or move" later on, while eating on tv trays in the living room hahaha.....

This week is a busy week again, in the form of soccer activities for my son...the next two months will be hit and miss with having any sort of "regular" schedule.....It is another short week at work for me because I took Friday and Saturday off, actually I have short weeks the next 3 weeks because I took all the Saturdays off those weeks because of fall festivals and things we have been planning to do....Even though there are short weeks at work, it is actually slightly more stressful because I have less time to get things done and ready for the upcoming week....but thats ok...I always make it work....
So this week I will continue to just do the basic things around the house, keep up my workouts the best I can even though they will probably be shorter than I would like, and try to just enjoy life when I get the time and time off from work......

USING MY SOUR MILK
I think I figured out the best way to use sour milk. For those that don't know, it is safe to drink sour milk but I would not advise for it is very nasty. However, it is great to cook with it and use it use in breads pancakes and stuff like that and other things you might cook with milk.
As a single guy, I occasionally end up with sour milk. I have made biscuits and pancakes to use up the sour milk.. I don't mean a couple biscuits or a couple pancakes for breakfast. To use up the milk, I gottamake a pretty big batch according to the milk I got left. So I would freeze my biscuits and my pancakes which is great 'cause they were ready made staples.
But if you're trying to stay off breads, those biscuits and pancakes can stay in the freezer for quite awhile so I came up with a new idea today.
I made-up a bunch of pan crepes. I have a large flat bottom, enameled baking pan. Crepes are mostly eggs and milk with a little bit of flour. I made-up the crate batter which is very liquid and just poured a thin coat into the bottom of the large baking pan and baked it at 350°. I made several pans/sheets of crepes that I could cut in half and use whenever I want to. They refrigerate great. I don't know if they freeze good but I'll check that out. I can wrap anything in them or just by themselves they are delicious.
FOOT NOTE: Cooking and eating always distracts me from my daily goals significantly.... but this was a good one! 🙄. ...... back to cleaning off the kitchen table....... BUT NOW I have to clean the kitchen again. 😦
Hopefully I won't ignore the dog too much this week even though today it'll be a little too warm for her to go out and play in the afternoon.
I need to get the rest of these assignments finished fairly quickly. If I have one week apiece for the remaining assignments, I should finish on time. If I spend more than a week on them or have to redo them, that throws everything off.
Also need to find time for the pictures. Didn't get as many done because something that appeared simple in theory turned out difficult.

@IchooseLife79 thanks! Not sure how involved creating a table will be but at least I have an image gallery although I probably should try to figure out how to get them to enlarge when you hover the pointer over them...
Have no idea what the rest of the assignments are like. I don't look at them until I'm ready for them.
