What worries you most? How can you generate compassion here?
For me, schoolwork worries me the most. I can generate compassion here by doing my work on time and communicating with my teachers when necessary.
Another thing that worries me a lot of my mental health. I can generate compassion here by continuing to process repressed trauma and have faith that I will get better.
@Fluffysheep8 what worries me most is failure. I can generate compassion here by believing in myself and my abilities and trusting myself.
@Fluffysheep8 What worries me is that I won't be successful in the future despite the work I am doing now. The level of my mental health is also what worries me during stressful times.
what worries the most is the loss of identity and security.
The very real pooability that I am right about something I hope I am so wrong about. Idk on generating compassion
@Fluffysheep8
what i worries about the most is my grade and vision. Because if i don't get a good grade, i won't be able to get to a good college and find a good work. And the reason why i'm worrying about my vision is because i already can't see faraway and that 's bad for me in class to see the whiteboard.
Not being enough....
For self
For others
For the future.........
I think I worry about too many things I cannot change, which is not helpful. I believe we show compassion for ourselves when we allow ourselves not to worry. That is not always easy, but we could all use a break from worry or compulsive overthinking. 🙂
im the cause for my own... sufferings. what worries me is .. i cant keep up eith trying to make progress. or id be destroying myself. and i might never return from that. or if im ever be able to see myself accomplishing goals.
i can generate compassion... by .. reminding myself that i did take efforts, i can check in with myself everyday. if ive done any steps towards my goals today. i think thats a start...
