Hi everyone! Welcome to the new OCD and BFRB Community. Myself and a small team have been working on this for a while, and we're so happy to have it live and going!
For those who don't know me, I'm Lucy, and I'm a teen listener here. Myself suffering with OCD as well as Trichotillomania, when I first came here as a member I was shocked to see how little help and support there was for these conditions. So, I created this!
Here is a few FAQs answered- if you have more questions, PM me :)
1. Is this just the forums?
No! In the next few weeks we will be launching a feed and a chatroom team within this section, leading discussions on the topics.
2. Is this open to everyone?
Yes! This is a place for people to share experiences and tips to deal with these conditions, while raising awareness.
3. How can I get involved?
We are currently looking for people to lead forums, write discussions and help lead feed. You MUST be a Listener with Teen access (Teen or Adult-Teen). PM me for more info!

@BurningEmber I'm a teen, and I'm leading, so sadly as we don't have an adult leader at the current time, it has to be people with teen access. You can apply for adult-teen listener though!

I could be an adult leader, but I'm not sure how to go about doing that. I have never met anyone else with Trich. Nice to meet you!! I've had it since I was 10 (15 years) and I OCD thinking/intrusive thoughts
