I completed Preventing burnout at 7 cups path, it talks about real things that we all go through specially those who are enthusiastic and want to do more and more, it's pretty solid, clear and sums up all the aspects in shorter duration,I also like the repetitive mention of actually applying the things that are mentioned there.
Really enjoyed this it helped me with self esteem and confidence.
