So thanks to @jesusredeemedme2425 for reminding me again about it through this Pen pal chats challenge because I am happy to open the space for people to reach out or talk/ get to know more! 💛
A little bit about me~
I am Sunisshiningandsoareyou (long yes lol) or more commonly known as Sun here, amongst my many other nicknames I’ve been given by some very very adorable people here that I’ve grown to become friendly with over- time!
Over time? Yes xD I’ve been here as a listener in the community for 5 years now and this experience filled with many ups and downs has been nothing short of amazing and enriching for me! 🥰 Grateful everyday while I’m at it!
I haven’t been around/ active much lately, but forumland is one of my most favourite parts about this platform and i enjoy making threads plus interacting with others here through tags, replies, penpal threads too etc plusssss with my sporadic schedule off-cups and inconsistent availability on here, the “offline” structure and flexibility that the forums provide (unlike the “live” chats or scheduled chats) makes it more convenient for me to manage whatever limited time availability I have here~ I’d expect anyone reaching out via this one to know now that my responses can be delayed at times, it doesn’t mean I’m ignoring you or anything okiee~ just that adultting is a scam lol and its demands and tantrums don’t ever end smh! 😭🫠
Oh and another reason why I love forums is because i get to meet and talk to so many amazing people that I wouldn’t otherwise in just PMs, since I’m an adult listener here and cannot message teens etc and I adorrreeeee teens here, most of you that I’ve seen and known or talked to in the forums are so so amazing and inspiring and thoughtful and resilient and creative and simplyyy besttt at being yourself! 💖
I love it whenever a teen I’ve talked to in the forums ages up (turns 18 and is teleported to the oldie side here lol) and their first oldie-cups-person to drop a message is me! 😭 Literally the bestest feeling there is, but good thing now we have this option for pen pal chat threads so not too much of a #FOMO going on haha! 🥰

Hey, it's so refreshing to learn more about you and your joy for the forums is infectious 🥰💜 I've been a listener for the past year and like you, have met so many wonderful people. I recently only joined the forums and I love speaking directly to people I otherwise would not have met. My days are quite hectic, I care full-time for my parents, so im always on the go. I absolutely love football and watch every opportunity I get, a huge Leeds United fan. I'm always hanging with my four nephews and my niece and it's usually me up to mischief 😁 I've been blessed to have been able to travel the world and I've had so many wonderful experiences and met the best of people. I love to dance , and I love a good cup of tea 🥰 Winter is my favourite time of the year. I'm a Catholic and my faith is my everything 💕
