*Adrift in Summoner's Rift: An Ahri Tale*

Leona sat, waiting, apathetic to boredom as she watched Ahri mildly panic in mid-lane. Ahri knew not what, if anything, lurked in the tall, grassy bushes that blocked the view of the river.

The Nine-Tailed Fox was ill-equipped to verse her mid-lane opponent–every orb did not connect; her fox-fire illuminated nothing; her charm was easily dodged. Meanwhile, towers were being taken. She fought through the struggle until her Spirit Rush was available.

She could dash into the brush, but she did not know the dangers inherent in such a risk. She could dash upstream; she could dash downstream. She could also dash closer to her opponent in an effort to perhaps land a charm. In dire situations, power moves are fraught with potential.

Ahri tried charming the nearby tall grasses. She knew that if her charm met an opponent, they would simply wander out into the open, leaving them vulnerable. However, no opponent was charmed, disadvantaging her even further.

Her fox-fire faded, and her orb had recently entirely missed. That’s when she was grappled, and if it had not been for her quick reactions, she'd have been hastily defeated.

She dashed closer to her tower. Though, the grapple still stilled her, and she found herself under threat, under the protection of her own defense.

Leona sprung into action. She zoomed to Ahri's attacker, stunning them long enough for Lux to lock them down. Lux then shielded both Ahri and Leona. Leona had opportunity to stun the attacker, allowing mid-tower to defend.

Ahri continued to dash away. She raced back to home base, looking forward to a rest she could not afford. As she passed Lux, she saw Final Spark beam through mid-lane.

Ahri did not know the outcome of the engagement, but she felt fortunate to have her team mates on her side. Team mates, allied long enough, become friends.

In a bowl:
• Add gently-separated smoked salmon
and a hand-crushed corn thin

• Then, half-cover with coconut water
Cover that which is half-covered
with BBQ sauce

• Put in a layer of crunchy, seasoned peas
Garnish with hot chilli honey

• Hand-crush some cheddar & roasted garlic sourdough crisps and some parmesan & herbs rice crackers, then sprinkle into bowl

• Can streak unwhipped whipping cream

*Rock Shower*

A water drop
dropped on the head of a pin
splits the drop
The pin is waterproof

Catch the water
with a funnel, made of rock
The funnel is hydrophobic

Is the pin showered?
Does the rock shower?

The aesthetic:

• Top with seasoned seasoned roasted seaweed, streaked with unwhipped whipping cream
• Pepper with whole black pepper, passed through a grinder

The build:

• Break a corn disc in a bowl

• Scatter in some fried garlic

• Fail to cover with coconut water

• Throw in some torn, tiny pieces of avocado

• Entirely miss the pieces of avocado with hot chilli sauce

• Layer crushed parmesan & herbs crackers
Streak the layer with unwhipped whipping cream

• Drop some wasabi peas

• Colour the streaked layer with hot chilli honey

Abandon the dish
Leave the dish be
Forget it entirely

Leave it waiting, so it can be found
So it can be surprising
And it may just be
