I don’t know what to do
I’m hurting really bad because of something a person did. She doesn’t care and I can’t even reach out to talk to her. I’m don’t know what to do. I fell awful
Awe I’m sorry this person hurt you. I understand. Some people or lots of people really suck. They don’t care who they hurt. I hope this is someone who isn’t close to your family or friends. I’d advise you to stay away from all of them who don’t care how this person hurt you. You shouldn’t ever have to feel like this. Your the better person knowing that behavior is wrong. If this was a close friend at one time and they’re not now it’s like mourning a death. I hope you don’t feel that awful. Take care.

That's really well said.
Some people just are kind of hard to be around, lol. And then there's a sort of wisdom/self-compassion that kicks in that says, "I shouldn't have to deal with this. I'm allowed to feel happy and safe. I'm going to do whatever is necessary to protect myself."
@exuberantScarf1822 thank you for this kind and thoughtful reply <3
@MangoSkye
I'm sorry that you're hurting as a result of this person's actions... and that there isn't really a way to get them to understand or to talk through things with them.
If you feel like it, would you like to share some more about what happened and what this person did?
@MangoSkye I'm sorry that you're having so much pain. It really difficult to cope with the aftermath of an unsuccessful relationship. Surviving a the end of a relationship can leave you feeling really lost and hopeless. If you're unable to cope on your own, it's ok to reach out for professional help.
