@syahusni Hello, I just found out my best friend is a covert narcissist and she has been watching this guys videos on YouTube. He is a therapist who specializes in NPD. He also is one of the few people who have a very sympathetic view of those with npd. If u live in NY or CALI, he does therapy there!

@syahusni I'm a toxic person in relationships myself, which is why I remain single. I know I could easily traumatize someone. Based on our traumatic experiences, this is usually what creates a cycle of toxic & traumatizing relationships. We create our own self-sabotage and then blame others for our issues, it's crazy. We're our own worst enemy at times. There's so many resources out there. Sometimes we have to look at our own flaws and ego and do some adjusting.
