Other things beyond that, it's just heartbreaking to see my other siblings making no effort to come and see my parents and all that's done for them 🩷

☀️ How are you feeling today?…. Unfortunately feeling tired again... Despite accomplishing my goals & tasks, It’s been a very Low energy day~

(Definitely despite accomplishing goals & tasks)!.. I try to set a bar for myself daily and always make sure to accomplish the bare minimum of it. And then of course push beyond that and succeed by days end..
But this past week was definitely a “bare minimum” kind of week. And sometimes we just have to be okay with what we’re able to accomplish with the energy we have to give toward those goals/tasks mentally & physically.

That's nice that there's a "minimum" version of things and you don't have to do 150% all the time when you only have like 20% energy. Helps a lot with sustainability of whatever habits/actions you're trying to maintain--and it's also just nice not being cruel/heartless to yourself, lol 💜

How are you feeling today?
kinda upset just had to reset phone back to factory setting due to got some kind of viruse they think so lost call connects photos etc
some of the phone numbers were only on my cell phone so unsure how to get them back until the people call us so also kinda freaking out about that too one number not have wrote down is dad cell number and he not answer their home phone so worried as we call him mostly to check on him and mom as both not in good health
💚 What is a long-term project you've been working on and how is it going?
a painting we doing with paint brush markers as we trying to find different ways to do things due to our hands getting worst so at times to use a normal paint brush is hard it going so so as we keep misplacing the markers lol or home aid moves them

Oh wow, so sorry to hear that. Are there any mutual contacts that you know that might have some of the numbers, particularly your parents' numbers?
That's so cool that you found a different way to paint that lets you keep using your hands. You called them "paint brush markers"--are they different than normal markers?

was able to after we thought it through call parents home phone and dad answered that so had him call us back so have his number now was really stressing out on that due to both mom and dad health issues try to check on them few times a month yes they both have abused us but we still love and care about them even if we had to move away due to the abuse
the paint brush markers have like a normal paint brush tip so not like normal markers they also at least set we have come with a water thing with brush tip that you can blend the colors and even lighten them to look like water color paint
this what look like also this place we get most our art supplies as they affordable and great too it website the art college we went to gave us when we was going to classes to get AS degree in graphic design

That's fantastic that you got the numbers you needed so you can continue to check in on them 💜
Ah, I see! So it's like a pen but it does watercolor painting--and then you have 96 colors plus the blending, so there's a lot of control over what you want things to look like color/intensity-wise

yes they great like said they look like you painted with paint brush and paint we done a lot with them over the years some we need to get new ones as they not working well lol running out of the ink in them
