It's been a chaotic week 🥰
I got everything done but haven't gotten a restful night's sleep due to the heat, so cranky is my middle name right now 😂💛

That's fantastic that you got so much done (which you always seem to manage to do somehow). I hope it either cools down or that you get so sleep-deprived that you have a good night's sleep despite the heat, lol 💜

🩷 How has your week been so far?…Overall It’s been pretty well so far… It Started out busy as I finished up my vacation, & now I’m back home & getting back to my usual “daily grind”~
💛 What's something you've accomplished recently that you're happy with?…. Accomplishing my personal June Goals, as well as finally getting back to visit my Hometown after 15 long years away, have “Both” made me Happy~
PS…. I Love the Pink & Orange color scheme~ And Happy Weekend!

Glad that things have been good and hope the transition back from the hometown visit to the usual everyday routine/tasks goes smoothly. 💜 (I like the colors too 😊)

this kinda odd but i have allowed myself to use walker when out truth is it very hard for me to let others see me using cane or walker i think it due to it make me feel weak like i should not need to use it

Sorry to hear that--physical pain or heat-related?
That's a big deal being able to use the walker/cane out in public. 💜 I could see that being uncomfortable if it stands out or makes your disabilities more visible, but I guess it's just super-helpful

my pain is physical i live in high pain 24/7 have fibro, neuropathy. my one leg has a crystallized bone from being broken and not being treated they not sure how many times so it bone pain then have a pinched nerve in my back plus a long list of other health issues so the weather made the pain worst too
i not use to how hot it is right now it not this hot normally for us in northern Michigan right now they have a heat warning out until some time tomorrow i not going out again i did go out get a window fan i put in window at night as it cooling off most nights crazy it be 90F in day time then go down to 66F at night

High pain 24/7 is rough. 😢 And there are lots of distinct issues, so even if one might temporarily feel better there are still others to deal with.
Window fan sounds great, and glad that at least it's no longer 90F at night like it was a couple weeks ago 😊

thanks not been able to use the window fan most this week also not been online getting very very bad smoke from the wildfires in Canada to point it was at the highest warning at one point this had really effected me due to my asthma so i been having asthma attacks they make me very tired so they wanted people to stay inside keep windows closed and limit even opening doors to outside even my cat was not feeling good this also added to my physical pain and also brought me down emotionally so been hard week today smoke better warnings went down too but it like not sure how long this will last due to winds how they blowing we could be ok for some time then it can be bad again
i know part of this is i also been isolating badly too flashbacks been bad too
