nothing to fear from them who hurt you

time to feel emotions and free to say what you feeling
no one going to hurt you for having feelings and voicing them
you can cry now little one no one going to beat you for that any more

being DID many kids inside we try to parent them in loving ways as they did not have that in our childhood the alters to me are a blessing without them i not be here today so yes love them and want them to heal too
we done a few silly things we swing on the swings at the play ground we make silly faces on cookies cut sandwich with big cooking cutters we paint silly things on rocks never painted flower much but we do color in coloring books we believe even at 55yr it ok to allow kids inside to just be kids sometime we even blow bubbles inside our cat like to try to get then it funny
just ok to do things that we either did not do as a child or did but was scared we get punished for doing them freedom a great thing to have

yes so true about cats our cat just turned 10yr in may but she at times still playful and also demanding attention even when we busy love her so much
