The old nights
I used to climb out of my window at night
I'd watch the bears play games by the crystal sea
They'd sail across it in leaf boats pulled tight
A splish and a splash, they played tag with the turtle and shark
Other nights the two bear would go past the crystal sea
The small brown ones fur would blend with the trees of the magic forest
The bigger black bears fur hid him in the shadows of trees
Here they would play hide and seek with all their other friends
One these nights I couldn't sleep
I would peek and glance in on their fun
eyes grew heavy at there smiles and games
But most of all the best part,
the one that helped me sleep
Was knowing without a doubt that they would all be there in the morning, snuggled in bed. . .
