Ask questions no matter silly or not. We are here to help you

6. Spend some time with other newbies and oldies in LSR or TS

1. Try to make use of the community. Use the forums and group support rooms.
2. Connect with people. Find people and talk to them! Make friends!
3. Use the progress path. Many people don't typically take to it.
4. Go through the self help/training guides!! They help you learn so much!
5. Never feel like you're being judged.
6. If you want to try new things or roles, do them!

- I know it looks overwhelming, but in time, you'll understand how everything works! So don't panic! ❤️
- Try your hardest to put yourself in other people's shoes when talking to them. Empathy goes a LONG way! 🧡
- Make sure to introduce yourself when you're ready in any of the chatrooms! Come say hi! We will most certainly welcome you 💛
- Set goals for yourself, even if they're super small! Goals help motivate you! 💚
- Never be rude to anyone! There's a mute button for each member; so if you don't feel okay with someone, just mute them and you don't have to see them in the chat! 💙
- Stay as POSITIVE as you can, even though it's hard sometimes. You can do this. 💜
- Make sure you take care of YOU before anyone else. If you need a self-care break; you can do that from your profile! You are important too! 💖

Because it is definitely gonna increase your knowledge, lead you towards a healthy discussion, encourage you to put your opinion forward.
- With 7 Cups mindfulness exercises, you can literally help yourself when anxiety hits you. (My own experience)
- Do not hesitate to ask for any help. It is okay to not know everything. We all are here to help each other. Nobody is going to make you feel bad about it. Trust me, people here are kind & compassionate. They take pleasure in supporting one another.
- Avoid giving advice, sharing personal details/social media handles, etc. It can land you into unwanted serious situations. Although it is strictly prohibited as per 7 Cups guidelines, it is for your own safety.
- It is a humble request, set boundaries beforehand. Take out time to carry out duties of your life, take care of yourself too. Do not stick to 7 Cups 24/7 because 7 Cups is highly addictive.
