💐 1. Do what makes you comfortable, if you are uncomfortable with a chat, you can refer or remind members/listeners to not make inapprorpiate comments!

💐 2. You don't have to join in every team! Burnout is real, and we don't want it!

💐 3. Join in subcommunities how you want to! We don't have to stay in PMs only, make cups fun!

💐 4. 7cups is a way to make friends and get support, we will be here for you in a positive way whenever you need it!

💐 5. If you're a member, Browse Listeners is your friend! You can find listeners better suited to your needs, and better trained!

💐 6. If you're a listener, Mentors are fantastic! I highly recommend one!

💐 7. Engaging in group chats is so fantastic, sometimes it can be less stressful than PMs!

group support is a nice opportunity to make new friends, get help or have chats of a lighthearted nature if you can't see them check this post

You can find a listener who will be a better match (than while using the general requests) to you by filtering the browse listeners and checking their reviews

give it another chance:

If you're a member: you might not feel connected to your first listener or be disappointed with the waiting time, but give it another chance, it's worth it

if you're a listener, it might feel overwhelming at first if you have some "not really good" chats, but use a mentor's help (here) , ask whatever you're unsure about in LCR or TL rooms and go trough some topic guides (here)
