What roles or projects are you involved in on 7 Cups?

I currently am a Project Agent for the Forum Team's Engagement Track, a Peer Supporter, Forum Mentor for the 35+ and Veteran/Military Support Communities, Forum Supporter for the 50+ Community, and Room Supporter for the 35+, Healthy Living, and Disability Support Communities, alongside being a Team Member for the Anxiety Support Community. Above all and simultaneously, I am a verified, trained active listener - always ready to try provide support to our community.

What has been your biggest accomplishment on 7 Cups?

If I had to choose one particular accomplishment, which would still be a pretty difficult task, I would say being selected as one of the Project Agents is an honor.

How would you describe 7 Cups in one word?

Boundless.

What is your favorite inspirational quote? (and why)

It speaks for itself, but I love the idea that even the smallest acts can have the biggest impacts - a tiny stone can still cast a ripple, so we can never say that any of our trying is wasted. Bit by bit, ripples become waves, and together, we can impact, influence, and actually change the world.

If you could give one tip to a brand new listener or member what would it be?

7 Cups is a platform that can offer you an endless, boundless growth opportunity: over here, you are bound to only your rules in terms of growth. Set out some goals to begin with, perhaps connect with a Mentor whilst planning out the voyage, always leave your door open for feedback, and openly communicate your challenges and accomplishments. Never hide the fact that you need to step back for a while and self-care, and most importantly, enjoy the journey. We are glad to have you!
