Hi, I joined yesterday. I have have social anxiety and low self esteem and immediately got a message from a listener when I joined. I didn't want to talk yet but it was really nice to see how quickly someone can speak to you. I'm just trying to get used to how the app works, but it's been great

Can someone explain the pfp situation to me? So if you post a pic showing your neck or collarbone you automatically get blocked on the site. But people can show arms and legs? I don’t understand. Can someone show me the pfp regulations

Hello everyone!
I am a nursing student and we are currently in our mental health rotation. Our teacher has us doing 7 cups to become more comfortable talking to patients and to learn more about mental health. I am not one to be in-touch with my emotions so this will definitely be challenging for me. I hope to use the skills I learn from 7 cups in my future as a nurse, as well in my personal relationships.

Hi, my name is Night.
I joined today, and ive been struggling with untreated anxiety, undiagnosed depression, PTSD, and trauma for a while. I was going to therapy but my dad stopped it for his own reasons. I cant go back to therapy for 3 more months and ive been without it for 2 months already. I hope that maybe with some help i can start getting some coping help :)
