Hola!

I'm laura I have joined as I have just had a cancer scare (luckily all okay now!) and I'm having issues with my family and their behaviour and controlling nature. I already feel so glad that I've joined 7 cups.

Hello there :) my name is Kat, i have been here for less then 2 months. But it has been nice; I wanted to join because i had to do community service for school and i thought this would be a great way to help me learn and help others, even if it was just a little bit. 😊

Hi, I'm glad google brought me to 7cups today. I was originally looking for any kind of support while I'm struggling, waiting for a booked therapist appointment so I tried out the chat feature here and I'm really impressed by what I've seen so far within this community.
I've been here for a total of 2.5 hours and I look forward to being more involved

Good afternoon everyone! I joined this group because I'm recovering after a period/a life of deep anxiety and depression: in the last months I left my toxic family and after that, I faced a lot of economic difficulties and finally, I left my country to move in another one. Sometimes is really hard, but in the last days I've realized that I've got the control of everything and I can really create the reality I want. So, I'm living a moment of real optimism and I want to stand in that way, even if I know I could face moments of downs.

It's been lovely and great so far! It can get a bit overwhelming as a beginner but the more you talk and spend the more time you get used to it.
