I started out as a member for going through a hard phase, then also became a listener as it feels positive to be there for others, helping myself and others at the same time. Hello, I am not sure how I got here, and I have never been good at expressing myself. I have an adult autistic son and likely I am slightly too. I have health issues and my son and I both struggle with anxiety and depression. I feel I have failed him, how can I help him when I can't help myself. I have seen 3 psychologists and not one has helped.

@Koreneko Welcome to 7 cups. I am so glad you are here because I'm sure it took a lot of courage and determination to get here. This is a wonderful community of caring, enterprising souls. I truly hope you find some solace here, whether by finding understanding and camaraderie in the community pages, or empathy and kindness with an active listener. There are also paid opportunities to find help from psychology professionals if you so feel. Good luck, and once again, I am so glad you're here! There's a path ahead for you!
