I'm here, because I need help. I have noticed that I have been losing focus, and motivation and I need help getting that back.

In the journey of learning to love myself and managing to stay alive with all kinds of difficult emotions, I am here to empathize and try to help whoever I can when you need someone to be heard and there is no one.
sometimes all we need is to let ourselves out and know that all our emotions are valid and genuine.
Staying alive through eating disorder, anxiety and depression while feeling abnormal and not understood for a long time feels like an achievement. Here to be available for anyone else struggling through those feelings and wanting them to know that all that you feel is absolutely normal and will pass.

hi. im new. i didnt want to make an account on this but ive reached a tipping point and it sucks. i want a more positive mindset. i really really do. i struggle with asking for help and so this is my first step. sorry for this being such a downer hehe :P
