I'm someone who values empathy and understands that discomfort is a part of the human experience, having had my own share of moments. Through these experiences, my understanding has deepened, and I'm here to connect with you on a genuine level.

@Hope I joined because I have been experiencing increased anxiety and depression for the past few months. I woke up from a nightmare a few days ago and felt I should try to connect with others who could be supportive. I was severely traumatized as a young child and have CPTSD symptoms. I have had a few good chats with trained listeners and with Noni the bot. It's helping.

@Hope Hi, I'm Amelia. I'm struggling with sleep, depression, anxiety, and loneliness. I am a survivor of early childhood trauma. I use the term CPTSD because it's not just one event. I have codependency issues and a history if bad relationships with narcissists. Trying to avoid them. I live alone but used to have a cat that I miss very much. He got old and sick. I hope I can achieve some goals in 2024. Writing and decluttering.
