Hi all. I am in therapy right now and I have times when it gets really hard. So, I thought I would check this community out. Things I am working on are identifying my needs, setting boundaries, being vulnerable, perfectionism, giving myself credit (worthiness), parental relationships, and relationship with my spouse. Hi , I'm Brittany. 32 married, mom of 2. Life has been rough. I have been fighting depression for a long time now and have realized I have been acting in self destruction/self sabatoge behavior and I also have extremely high anxiety. I am looking for support for both depression and anxieties.
