Need a hug because my dad was considering divorce from my mom and they were arguing about it. Then my brother intervened and got into a really ugly fight with my dad shortly afterward. I felt traumatized after seeing all the blood on the floor from the fight and my anxiety was at an 11. Now it feels my family is torn apart since my brother wants to stay away from my dad.
