New Mega Members Announced!
It is with great excitement, that we will announce 6 new mega members! These members are dedicated members of our community and we are thrilled to invite them into this special role.
You can read more about the role of a Mega Member here. In short, this leadership role is open ended and less structured than other roles. This is because members & listeners have different levels of ability to participate in the community. One way to think about this is: listeners are in giving mode & members are in receiving mode. Listeners are here to provide support & members are here to receive support. They have inherently different intentions for participating.
Each Mega Member is asked to select one area of the site that they would like to contribute to! And the new Mega Members are.......

Each of these members will contribute to 7 Cups with special attention to their selected area of the site! Over the next 3 months, we hope to bring all the Mega Members together to discuss how to add more structure to the role. We will continue to learn as how to best evolve this special role! In the meantime, we are excited to invite this crew to be Mega Members! Please join me in giving them a high five!
