The Needs Reply Answerathon is now live for you to participate - before participating please read down below for reminders and key information!
Reminder:
Find the needs reply queue here OR go to any sub community or forum space of your choice and choose needs reply from the sort by drop down.
Reply to as many posts as you can but a minimum of 10 at the end of the answerathon is required.
Everyone who participates will get 100 cheers, and the 3 most contributors will get 500, 250 and 100 additional cheers!
Important notes:
Please use this dash to link all the posts you reply to for answerathon as it is the only way for us to track the number of posts - you can find your name and just insert the link to your post every time you make one!
I would also like to take a moment to remind you that this is not just about getting the needs reply queue lower, it is about making people feel heard, understood and validated. Hello, I just had a look and that is perfect! If you did the posts today then yes, they do count towards this as it started today but anything earlier than today (Tuesday) does not! Although it definitely counts as an amazing thing as you are helping people it doesn't for that purpose of this answerathon!
Yikes- tried to figure out how to link posts. Guess it is beyond my basic computer skills.

Hello! What you have to do it copy and paste the link of the post that you replied to into a 'cell' or box that is next to your name on the dashboard! This way will only work if you use the website.
We do have a video coming out for it soon hopefully as some people have asked about it but we just need to get it posted! Let me know if you try this way and it still doesn't work, hopefully the video will be out soon 
@bookworm274- it's ok- I reply to posts all the time- don't need to be acknowledged for it. ANd wow- looks like many others are enjoying the challenge.
Indeed... Even more difficult/impossible from the mobile... I think you guys should simplify these procedures.

Hello - I am sorry to hear that you are struggling with how we are asking for the dashboard to be filled out. We are always open to feedback so please let us know if you have any alternatives you think will work more efficiently as this is the only one we could think of and the same one we used last time (although I was not on the team for the last answerathon)!
We are looking to get a video out to show how to do it, so hopefully that makes it easier for everyone, we just need to make sure that people are actually replying and replying with effective responses rather than really short or general responses!

I've done three replies so far, but can't find two posts to which I contibuted... Is there any way I can find where I last replied to add the links to the Excel sheets? 😕

Hi - I'm afraid there isn't a quick and easy way to do this! Do you remember the subcommunity they were from? If so then you can go to that community and look at the ones recently replied to and you may be able to find them! Let me know if I can help in any way
Hi. I started replying yesterday itself with great enthusiasm but your process to post on the dash isn't possible from the mobile and you will agree one can't be on the computer all the time. Do suggest how I call help u track my replies from the heart mobile. Thanks 👍

I am able to access the dash on my phone, could it be that maybe you need the app if it is on a phone - I'm honestly not sure how stuff like that works! I completely agree with you that one can't be on a computer all of the time, so if you are on your mobile and are unable to access the dash then perhaps you could copy and paste the links into a notes app of some kind (like the one cups offers if you click on your profile picture and access your notes) or something similar? Let me know if I can help in any other way, thank you so much for your contributions

Oh, that is odd then, I'm not sure why it doesn't seem to be working! Giving it another go sounds great and if it doesn't work then yes, the best bet is to use a notes app or something similar. Alternatively, if that doesn't work you are welcome to provide me with the links and I can add them but we only really want to be doing that for people who can't seem to access the dash at all so that they aren't left out!

I replied to several posts. Shared my concern about tabulating from the phone. Even from the laptop it wasn't easy. Wish these things would be made easy to carry out. Wouldn't a hash tag have worked and been recorded... I wonder... The technical team should look into it. Anyway replying was a pleasure as always and I shall continue to do so badge or no badge. Thank you again for this. I participated eagerly (as a member) and was glad to give support to others who would not otherwise get it. I also realised that it is good for me, so I have continued doing this. It gives me some confidence and finds good for me. I had an awful self-inflicted week last week, but writing to posts was the one bright spot. It was a time I could take a break from my own struggles.
I will continue doing this. It is good for me, and others seem to appreciate my support. Thank you once more. You have brought good into my life.
