Become a Limitless Person

"To be a limitless person means to be someone without end, limit, or boundary (Oxford Languages, n.d.). In a sense, it is realizing and embracing our own inner superhero, and we all have one. Though rather than flying at high altitudes or leaping over tall buildings in a single bound, they are able to create the life they want to live. No limits means exactly that: No limits.

The personalities of limitless people are in alignment with their signature strengths. They are aware of their own authentic purpose, that one thing they were put on this earth to do. Limitless people listen to and follow their inner voice. They are not afraid to take risks.

Limitless people do not question their value, and are thereby able to be receptive to everything the universe has to offer.

There is no limitless lottery where someone draws the lucky ticket and lives happily ever after. It is a mindset that we can all develop with commitment and practice.

Limitless people know that:

1. Our thoughts create our reality.

2. Life happens for us and not to us.

3. No one can hurt our feelings.

4. Operating from a place of lack only attracts more lack.

5. The key to happiness is residing in a place of gratitude every day.

6. We must get rid of the junk.

7. Know that we are always single, even if we are married.

8. Failure does not exist.

9. What we resist will persist (Jung, 1933).

10. It is our number one job to keep ourselves filled up.

11. We must believe it to see it.

12. A calm mind is a powerful mind."

*Being able to fulfill ourselves is so important in this world because this life can be really difficult and it's important that we are able to rely on ourselves first. The tips listed here are some great ways to practice living life to the fullest and taking advantage of every opportunity available! Two of my favorites are "know that we are always single, even if we are married" and "failure does not exist." You are always your own person, no matter your relationship status. Keep doing what makes you happy! Also, failure isn't failure. It is just a learning experience and can help you learn what to do next. Everything can be a positive experience if you just make it that way! You are a limitless person always! ❤️*

I loved how you said "no harm in trying"! 😊❤️ I equate this to something I say, and often. "If you reach for the stars, at least you don't end up with mud in your hand". *high fives* 😊 and *hugs* ❤️

@fruityPond7887 Sometimes overcoming limits can be very beneficial and open new horizons. However there are definitely some limits we should not cross.

It takes time and maturity to distinguish which limits are beneficial and which ones are restricting. In any case having balance in mental health is the key to overcoming fears safely.

Thank you for the great post!

@calmDew1576 I agree! There’s definitely certain things that we shouldn’t push boundaries with and we will learn it one way or another. I just hope more people learn it from common sense than experience. Thanks for sharing!

Hi Joy! 😊❤️ I love that thought concept. Let the universe know you are open to receiving and it just may acknowledge you! *high fives* 😊 and *hugs* ❤️

As an aside, even when organizing my house, one of my attempts is to leave at least 10% of my space open (closets, drawers, storage, etc.) to send a message to the universe that I am ready to receive more (any gift that it see's me worthy of). When the universe speaks, I listen. 😊❤️

Great post!

What can you do to practice being more limitless in life?

I can practice being more limitless by acknowledging that the opinions of others do not define me and I should do what my inner voice tells me is right.

Braid, wow! *high fives* 😊 and *hugs* ❤️ This takes so very long for others to finally come to that thought and some never, ever get there. It's kind of rare in my opinion for someone to do so. No one else defines you, only you, define you! 😊👍❤️

@globalBraid3744 Yes! It takes a long time to learn to not care what others think and I honestly think it’s a life long learning process. It’s important to remember that and to be kind to ourselves in the process.😘

@fruityPond7887

I agree with you! I do not think it is truly possible not to care what others think at all and maybe it is good. It is natural for people to care about what others think - it also has its purpose. It can hurt sometimes, but these feelings are part of life. Important is to acknowledge it and be able to move on I think.

Hi Vision! 😊❤️ What a great thought! I have to wonder, how much all of us could achieve if we all thought that way? I read an article about someone that was very fearful and of so many things. They challenged themselves to try something new, learn something different every day for a solid year! 😳

They started small, built up steam and as the year progressed, they felt so good about themselves and by the end, so much of the fear they had previously felt, had vanished, just gone! They felt achieved and quite powerful!

*high fives* 😊 and *hugs* ❤️

@fruityPond7887 Here is a quote from google, “ The term “snake oil” is used to describe any worthless pseudo-medical remedy promoted as a cure for various illnesses. By extension, snake oil salesmen are charlatans who sell such fraudulent goods.”

October 3rd, 2022

@helpfulAvocado7912 When I hear self help books start to talk about “limitless” anything, I think it is a recipe for disappointment. It sells books, but it seems dishonest and over promising. In the end, readers are left to blame themselves because they didn’t have enough faith to “manifest” this success. If these techniques were truly so powerful, then everyone and their grandma would be superhero’s. There may be some truth in these books, but heavily drenched in snake oil.

@helpfulAvocado7912 Ahhh yes I understand. I definitely think self-help books should be taken with a grain of salt. There are so many aspects that go into working on ourselves. Manifesting is only part of the process. Thank you for your thoughts! <3
