7cups is turning 9 on July 7th, 2022.

Every year we collect submissions from the community to be featured in our annual birthday video. If you would like to be featured, keep on reading!

To contribute to our Official 7 Cups Birthday Video, submit any one of the following:

-A video of yourself

OR

-A picture (drawing, crafts or any images connected to how you feel about 7 Cups)

Guidelines for Video Submissions

A. The video recording must be between 10-30 seconds. Please do not use any copyrighted music other than your voice in your video! (To avoid copyright issues, as the final video will be posted on YouTube.)

B. Create a video recording and use (or respond to) any one of the following prompts

• One thing 7 Cups has taught me....

• One skill I have learned from 7 Cups....

• One wish that I have for the future of 7 Cups....

• One way 7 Cups has motivated me ....

• One milestone I reached on 7 Cups is...

• One birthday wish for 7 Cups is...

• Simply say/ sing/ cheer - "Happy Birthday 7 Cups!!"
