I am sure you all are aware of our lovely Free Hugs Room. It's a kind place where everyone exchanges hugs with everyone and spreads smiles and joy. But sadly, it opens only sometimes.
But worry not 😄
This thread will be the forum version of FHR. And it will be open 24/7 (yay!!!!)

If you know about our Smile Reminder and Drink Reminder posts, this will work just like that (or better).
How to make the most of this post?
1) Whenever you feel that you need a hug, just ask for it by posting in this thread. 😔
2) Subscribe to this thread so you can be there when someone needs a hug. 🏃♀️
3) Send a hug to someone by tagging them and making their day 🤗
(If, however you feel you need more hugs, you can request for the Free Hugs Room to be opened for a while by filling this form)

My beloved husband died and then my dad and now i am caring for my mum.
I portray this strong persona, but i'm not. I feel ever so alone. So, if anyone has any free hugs to give i would be very grateful. thank you xxx

We don't have to be strong always, but sometimes being vulnerable, crying, letting feelings flow, seeking support, asking for a hug, taking time to process the loss, and grief in your time at your own pace, allowing oneself to simply be human are just some more examples of what strength can also be. ❤

Rest assured that your dad and your husband are in a better place now. Allow yourself to feel the hurt, the sadness, any emotions you're feeling. Honor the pain you feel. It'll get easier with time.
