Holiday Paws! (Submissions Closed)
Hi all!
I am so excited to announce this event. Most of our community is an animal/pet lover community, so it is only fitting that we host the official 7cups Pet Show: Holiday Paws!
How will it work?
You will submit photographs of your pets or of any pets that you know under various categories.
Submissions will be open from now until December 23rd at 11:59 pm EST.
A voting form will be shared on the 24th of December at 1:00 pm EST to vote for each winner of each category.
Winners will be announced on December 30th.
Everyone who enters their pets into the show will receive the Winter Events badge.
Anyone that wins their category will receive the GlitterStar badge.
The categories will be:
The pet with the most appealing eyes
The pet that is best at helping us to cope
The pet with the best fancy dress
The pet that would make the best 7 Cups mascot
The pet that the judge most wants to take home
All submissions will also be entered into the category of the best pet overall
What are the rules?
When selecting an image-sharing program, please make sure that it does not share any personal information.
Only one submission per category - though you can enter as many categories as you wish.
All pets are welcome including pet rocks!
Please use only pictures of pets that you own or know. (no google images, etc.)
How do I get started?
Please post all your submissions into the relevant category/(ies) post(s) you are entering your pets into below this post. It would also be great if you could give a little background information on your pet.
Adding Pictures
Step 1: Find a picture you want! If you want to upload a screenshot, you can put it on imgur.com or any other photo sharing app and get the link from there.
Step 2: Start making forum post! You can do this on app or browser
Step 3: Click the picture icon on the top bar (just above the text box) when you click reply on this thread.
Step 4: Add the picture you want! Make sure the link ends with a file name (such as .png .gif. img .jpeg etc). For Imgur, if you copy the wrong link you can just add .png at the end. If you've got the link from google images, you can get the right link by clicking "view image" (the link will then be at the top of the page).

This is Koda. His name means Little Bear. He's also a little brother to Flynn, so we call him "LB." He knows how hard it was for us to get the tree up and doesn't judge us for not getting around to the ornaments, he's just happy we're together. He's best at helping us to cope

This is my 6 year old tuxedo cat Stevie! He loves hanging out under the Christmas tree. I think that he’s such a handsome boy!

The pet that is best at helping us to cope
This is Coco, she's one of my emotional support animals. She loves to snuggle. Between her and her sister, Jojo, there is NEVER a dull moment. She lets me take silly filter pictures with her, she puts up with a lot of my random shenanigans. I got her and her sister from the shelter earlier this year. I don't know much about their past aside from their old home had too many animals and so that's how they ended up at the shelter. When I got them, especially Coco, did not trust anyone, but she instantly warmed up to me. She didn't like the adoption person at the shelter, she didn't like my roommates or their dog. There was some sort of instant bond, now she's still nervous with new people but will let them pet her (and sometimes demand pets if she sees her sister getting pet). The pair make me laugh so much and smile and they have literally saved my life when I was going through a really rough time. I don't know where I'd be without my two goofy goobers.

The pet with the best fancy dress
This one I'll enter Jojo, much of the same back story as Coco. These were our Halloween pictures. They had matching dresses that say "Wicked Sweet" and we did a "photo shoot" together. They didn't do a great job at looking at the camera but they sure are adorable! Jojo is the tan one. I enter her because I put a sweater dress on Coco yesterday and Jojo got so sad she didn't have one (the dress I put on Coco was my previous dog's dress and Jojo is a bit too big for my previous dog's clothes) so we fixed Jojo's sad by taking her to go get her own sweater dress!

The pet that the judge most wants to take home
Obviously anyone would want to take home Jojo AND Coco, but my computer is being a meanie head and won't save my cute pictures of the two of them together in the right format, so here is Coco again. She's super sweet. She makes me laugh. She's a bit stubborn, but aren't we all. She knows sit and down. And she will cuddle almost 24/7 if given the chance. Also she thinks she can drive (she likes to help).

@CheeryMangoThe best thing about our fur baby Harley Davidson is that she is so loving and sweet. Her breed pitbull gets a bad rap. She loves truck rides anywhere especially Mcdonalds for plain burgers or Dunkin Don ut for pup cups. This is when she was 2 she is now 10 years old.
