The Kindness Project is one of a kind!
What makes it one of a kind?
- It encourages mentors (that includes all listener mentors, community mentors, mega members, and chatroom mods) and some top-notch listeners (baron of big-hearts listeners) to recognize and nominate kindness talents in the community.
- Any cupser who gets 3 or more nominations gets awarded the kindness crusader badge and a special post made for them. The special posts have creative touches of the smile spreaders of the community.
- After one is awarded, we focus on new talents. We encourage the nominators to no longer fill out the nomination form for the ones who already have the badge. They are encouraged to nominate newer ones! So, we are sure to have new faces receiving the kindness badge! New kindness talents all along the way!
- However, a person may be appreciated 100s of times using the appreciation form. Appreciation form has no such limitations, one may appreciate anyone any number of times any time!
- No quota for the kindness project team members! Anyone who joins our team is free from quota. A nominator, a smile spreader, or an ambassador may join our team!

@Fristo Is it all mentors or only listener mentors? This is the first time I noticed a differentiation for this project.
@AffyAvo All mentors of the listener side, and also mega members (who are equivalent to the mentors of the listener side.)

@Fristo Thanks for tagging me, Fristo. I love to see the growth of the project since day 1 to now and love how it opened up to barons of big hearts and now mega members! This is a great thing. I absolutely love being apart of the KP team and appreciate the one's who have given their time to nominate people so far. ♡ I can't wait to continue to see how this project grows and thrives.

I have informed all ambassadors and admins each time an ambassador or admin has been awarded the "Kindness Crusaders", and they were congratulated by their peers.
