What have you learnt in your life so far, from which the world can benefit?
Lion- As simple as it sounds, take life as it comes. I used to always take life for granted and now I have learnt not to as I’ve brushed extremely close to death. It’s always the small things ❤️
What message do you want to leave for the world through your life?
Lion- Don’t judge people, no matter the way what their skin colour, eye colour, hair colour, what they do in their spare time, what they struggle with etc. I was taught this at a very young age by my grandparents and now I carry it through to my teenage hood ❤️
What do you hope to achieve in the next one year?
Lion- Hmm, good question! For Cups, I would like to achieve and better my listening skills. And, to spend more time in the group chats! Specifically, TCR and SR! Outside of Cups, I would like to put my head down more in school, and not muck around (hehe). I would also like to learn to cook better! ❤️
How do you practise self-care at 7cups?
Lion- How I practise self-care is not gaslighting my emotions and sitting with them, colouring and drawing too! I also make sure I give myself a break from cups and have a ‘answering day’ where I respond to all my PM’s I may have ❤️
Which area of 7cups (could be a chatroom, a forum, or any aspect of 7cups) do you want to especially engage more in?
Lion- Hmm, I think I want to interact more with the group chats as I said above and forums, too! ❤️
What helps you be a good listener in your real life?
Lion- It’s so simple, but because of my ADHD I have to write things down and it helps me reflect on stuff. Also, to just acknowledge and validate the other person’s emotions and to let them know that they aren’t alone ❤️

It's always the small things that matter 😀. A phrase that I should saturate my mind with everyday. I love your idea of an "answering day". Those PM's require addressing and it sounds like a great way to manage them😃
