7 Cups has taught me.... [fill in the blank]
Share one thing 7 cups has helped you learn!
@newromantic this is your idea!!!
Taught me how to deal with Negatives
To accept people for who they are. Everyone has different struggles.
... that sharing your anxious thoughts and depressive experiences with a human being is much, much better than bottling it all up. Even more, it can bring you a relief or even a solution to improve your current situation.
It takes courage to be vulnerable, but it can make all the difference. I just need to speak up and reach out my hand to receive a support that everyone deserves.
@Celaeno Amazing answer
I'm glad you reach out to our amazing listeners to make you feel better! Stay awesome
Thanks, @Glitterybaby ^^ Best wishes to you, too!
That 7 cups doesn't do a good job training their listeners.
@Beachhead
I'm sorry that you feel that way, I hope you dont give up on all of us Listeners.. Some of us really care and I hope you can think of listeners in a more positive light one day.
@Introvert73 I think I'm just looking for a more educated person than the majority of what I've come across. A handful are gems. The rest ask awkward questions, give advice, and invalidate me. So. I hope to seek out more gems.
To think of myself. And know that it's ok not to be ok, and there is always hope.
That I'm not alone. There r ppl who listen, who care
7 Cups has taught me how to forgive others and myself, learn from mistakes, gain conversation skills, how to be supportive to those around me, how to be resilient, caring, patient, empathetic, mindful and understanding.
@JaceofSpades thank you for all the hardwork you've done to the Community, Jace
7cups has taught me how to listen better to others. It has also taught me that there are people out there who can accept me for who I am.
Has helped me to realize that i dont have much care for myself it has helped teach me how to love myself and im very grateful.
To listen and only listen. I found it very hard not to formulate an answer while someone was talking, whereas now I am much better at just listening :) Thank you!
