Have you said thanks today?

Definitely, it was not today but I thanked my very first listener. It actually encouraged me to become a listener and participate as a member as much as possible.

I thanked my mom recently. She's had a really tough life, and when she had to leave my abusive father, she worked 3 jobs at a time to help me and my sister financially. She developed some anger issues at some point and we didn't get along for a while, but then she decided to go to therapy- she decided this at 59 years old. She also lives in a small, conservative town where people don't go to therapy. I am so proud of her for doing this, and so lucky to have a mom who cares about her family so much that she got help when I asked her to. I thanked her just this morning for being so wonderful.

Shout out to my homeboys @Greylight and @Mitch1 you guys are awesome friends, I don't thank you enough for it! Stay awesome ❤

Today was incredible tough day for me and it seemed that noone can be here to support me. But then, a stranger girl from a hotline I am volunteering in payed attention to me and listened, really listened what I need to say and comforted me. She was the one that I said "thank you" for and I am so glad that she passed me today <3

So far these responses are really deep but I thanked my ex boyfriend's mom for calling and asking for an extension on a bill for me because I wouldn't have time to hah

I have said it today. It was to a person who was unimaginably helpful for me

I should say thanks to my boss for putting up with how scattered I was today. I do say thank you to my 14 year old son when he helps around the house, and my husband for just being awesome.

Today I thanked my best friend for always being there and never leaving even when the times were hard. Love you twin.

I also want to thank the amazing mods in the listener support rooms who are always kind, helpful, and truly inspiring to me even though I'm just one of so many there.

Finally, I want to thank the whole community of dedicated amazing people. Because I finally feel like I'm home.

I totally thankful for all my framily whom I have met here and have been with everyday to talk to, to hang out, and to just be...I would love to name all of you but I'm afraid I miss someone...

I love you my sister, my bff, my love, my friends, LHR, and 7cups...I'm thankful for all of you!!!
