1. Relief :As it's supportive and give relief from depression and anxiety by listening, sharing and discussing
2. Caring: Listeners and members take care of each other, peers help listeners and it's a wonderful bond of care and love
3. Smiling: We learn to smile here dispite all the odds. We learn to fight the emotional battle with the power of helping each other and being positive.
4. Strong: Our community is strong, by the values and by all the efforts everybody is doing to make it a strong place.
