@tommy I'm currently reading the Handmaid's Tale by Margaret Atwood. Honestly, I expected better after watching bits and pieces of the series, but I don't really feel the tension of the events in the novel. I'm halfway through and I hope the rest goes well.
@tommy snowed in for Christmas by Jacqueline snowe, its supposedly a spicy straight romance story between a girl named Becca and a dude named Harrison, i'm on page 12.

Tales of the Jazz age by F. Scott Fitzgerald. A series of short stories so it's easy to read during breaks. The plot is attractive and thought-provoking. Don't know the jazz age atomosphese much until read this book.

I'm reading 'The Book Thief' (Markus Zusak) and 'Crime and Punishment' and they're genuinely so amazing.
Spoiler- Ugh sorry spoiler is such a wierd word. Anyway The Book Thief's about the time of Hitler's power, when Jew- hating wasn't quite as prominent, and there's some words in German (but I know german and there's a translation, like a smooth transition into the English translation)
