Water
Not quite poem, not quite story, not quite philosophy, but just my reflection on truth. Tell me what you think, I'd like to know.
The truth is like water
It washes clean
And we bathe in it daily
Often, like water, the truth is simple
But it flows to a vast ocean
Every ocean has a surface
And a floor
We don't stand in the shower forever
We get dressed, and stand in the sun
The rays are softer reflections of water
Still cleaning, but with gentle feeling
Night must come
The sleep that enables endurance
Tomorrow it might storm
Suddenly, there might be lots of water
The overwhelming density
Of simplicity
Washes rocks away
We collect ourselves
We survey the scene
The damage is clear
But hope remains
We remember the past
A blueprint for the future
We get better and better
Accepting the shallows
Fighting the darkness
But seeing the depth

People often have different perspectives.
The truth can be fluid!
It can meaning something inevitably different.
While the truth is concrete and foundational, as humans we often don't face it down!

@cyanessence our truths are definitely simple, but agreed can get lost in the ocean kinda distorted. Cause people don't always want to hear the truths, then it brings self esteem, courage and hope that creates more waves in your own truths🙁 I'm not sure where I'm going with this😕 but I wish all our truths were simple enough for the world to understand💖💖💖💖💖
