My name is NovaArtist, I am a seasoned IT Professional by my profession, and Stock Market Option Trader by passion.

Essence of my learning is, we all make one big mistake at some point of time in our lives, we expect and lock our happiness to a person, a thought, a perspective or an opinion, and when expectations are not met, then we slip into miseries, frustration, over thinking and depression. Sometimes it is the expectations cause frustration, and Frustration causes our worst nightmares to come true.

We always ignore the fact that, Happiness actually comes from within, and first step is to learn to accept your self as you are, love your self, and be at peace with your own self first, then you actually start to attract Happiness, love, good health, wealth and abundance naturally. This is how the Universe actually works.
