Breaking up.

I have been giving the relationship with my fiancé my all for so long but I’m finally at my limit. I’m sick of being treated like garbage and no matter how much we communicate about problems, they never change. I’m not sure though exactly how to break up with him. We have a child together and I want things to be as civil as possible. I also do still care about him and just don’t want things to go horribly but have no idea how to make that happen so any advice would be tremendously appreciated.

Hello,
I understand what you are going through and you will agree that it's not the easiest of situations to be in. You alone can decide whats is best for the three of you. It's so easy to walk out of any relationship but to build one up again with a child isn't so easy. but there is the issue of your self-care....so take a call with all your options and mutual well-being in mind.
wish you all the best to come to the best decision for you all.
cheerz.

@WillingWatermelon1996 It sounds like you're really struggling in your relationship with your fiance. On one side, you care about him and you want to be there for your child as a family. On the other side, you are really tired of being mistreated in your relationship. It's not an easy choice of what to do next.
Realistically, it might be good to have an honest conversation with your fiance about how you feel and what you need.
Try using "non violent communication" (asserting your needs but not attacking the other person.)
Speak in "I - statements". "I feel... " // "I need..."
Here is a list of feelings & a list of human needs

If couples therapy is an option, it would be a good idea to try.
And lastly, delaying the wedding until you decided what to do with your relationship would be a wise move.
I wish you the best of luck.
