Let's talk about closure
Closure is one of the hardest things to deal with after a breakup especially when we don’t get it.
Closure means " reaching a sense of understanding, acceptance, or emotional finality after something ends"
It’s when you stop searching for answers that may never come, and begin to make peace with what happened even if it hurt.
Sometimes we get closure through a conversation. Other times, we have to create it ourselves and that’s where it gets messy.
Because sometimes the person disappears without explanation. we’re just left sitting with questions, pain, and a whole lot of “why?”
How do you find closure when the other person doesn’t give it to you?
What helped you accept, heal, or at least breathe again?
Let’s share maybe your story helps someone else too.

This hits home.
I know it hurts~ the confusion, the silence, the aching “what ifs.” But the truth is, the way they left was the closure.
Their silence, their absence, their inability to offer you honesty or care, and consideration~ that was the answer. It speaks volumes, not about our worth, but about their emotional capacity.
Closure doesn’t come from a conversation or apology ~ it comes from accepting that someone who truly valued you wouldn’t have left that way, I feel.
We don’t need their words to validate your pain or your healing. We don’t need to keep reopening wounds waiting for someone who walked away without looking back. Instead of chasing closure from them, we should try to give closure to ourself ~ by affirming our worth, by acknowledging the pain without letting it define us, by choosing peace over chaos, self-respect over self-blame, and by gently letting go.
Hooman reading this and relating, you are not weak for wanting answers ~ you’re hoomannnn. But you’re also strong enough to create your own ending. Let their silence be the last thing they gave you, and let your healing be the most powerful thing you give yourself. You are allowed to move on ~ even without the “why.” You deserve to move forward, because doors closed from behind don’t open from the front, no matter how much we push it or how often we ring the bell!
I feel what really helps is to be gentle with yourself, reclaim your lost self-worth and be as compassionate towards yourself for being emotionally available and invested and brave enough to open your heart to someone as possible. 💛

Closure IMO is about accepting and seeing the END as the end. Not something we will need to revisit or revive. when we let replay in our heads with what if's or i would have said or done this or that we can not go back and have a do-over.
Good, bad or ugly ends are still the end. Too many either buying into some story think they will have a chance to meet up and get some explanation or apology etc. Seldom if ever happens... the person will stick with how they felt in that time just like we do.
could things have been different of course but if the situation had gone differently .. we most likely would not be the same person we are today.
